Editor’s Note: It’s illegal to perform work over $500 without being a state licensed contractor who has passed the state license exam for competency, is bonded and insured. No license could be found for this company in checking with the State Contractor’s License Board for a license for Cro-Art Tiling or anyone with the last name of Dragoyevich or Cragoyevich, and our subsequent request to the company about this confirmed that they have no contractor’s license. Additionally, it is illegal to charge customers a deposit of more than $1,000. This reviewer showed us receipts which indicate they were charged by Dean Dragoyevich an initial deposit of over $4,000 on a job quoted at $9,600 which is also against the law even if the company had a contractor’s license.
