"I decided to book them for my wedding reception at my home (120+ people) without even actually getting to try them myself first. Talk about a leap of faith! Well, let’s just say they did NOT disappoint. I think they brought WAY more food than we had originally ordered, because every one of my guests pigged out (and I’m talking 3rd and 4th servings), yet we still had plenty of leftovers. Which made me and my husband REALLY happy. My guests are STILL raving about the BBQ (especially the "secret sauce"!!). Chef Jim and his crew certainly know how to serve up a backyard boogie (they are super cool, fun, and professional), and I HIGHLY recommend using them for ANY kind of party (large or small). I have to say that I couldn’t have hoped for a better wedding reception party. So much more fun than the regular sit-down formal kind, and I know my guests had a total blast. Note: The prices that they charge from food to full-service catering is extremely reasonable. I had researched so many other catering companies (over 10 companies!) for our wedding party, and they were closest to the least expensive. Even so, the quality, quantity, service, and atmosphere is something that I don’t think anyone could compare. These guys rock….now if Chef Jim would only give me the recipe for his secret sauce."
