"Lozano Tile Co. did granite counters in my kitchen and bathroom. I called a week later to get him to come back to polish a couple of places that they missed on the back splash areas, and he said he would, I have been waiting two years now, Their girl Shelly is great keeps the place going, otherwise I guess they get the money and run. They lost three customers because of me so far I cannot recommend them."
