"I first used Estey when purchasing a property in Benicia CA about 7 years ago. I found that they had great knowledge of the area and were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The sale went very smoothly and the overall process was pretty easy. Their office has been in Benicia forever so they really seem to have experience with the area and know what they are doing. After having to move for work, I rented my property for about a year by myself before finding that I really didn’t have the time or patience to deal with it. My experience with the purchase was great so I figured why not give them a shot for a year or so. Its been a couple years now and I’m still with them! It’s been a great experience; the fee is well worth getting my free time back and saving myself from gaining anymore grey hairs. (Managing it myself was really making them sprout!) In checking up on the market myself, I found the rent I’m receiving is on par with other properties, repairs are taken care of quickly and any issues are communicated right away. Overall I’m very glad that I decided to use a property manager and Estey has really made it an easy process.
