"I had a horrible virus, a malware program called Antispy Safeguard. I took it into their Vacaville CA store but the work was sent to Dixon. The Dixon shop kept me up-to-date through the entire process and did a comprehensive clean up. Took a bit long but you can pay a bit extra to go to the head of the line. I now have a clean, fast and virus free machine. The charge was the same as the estimate and cheaper than the Geek Guys. They did a lot of extras without extra charges. No BS the entire way. Good experience."
